Two relationships. Two return structures.

Quarterly appreciation
Invest as a lender to Morval Universal LLC-FZ, a Member of the Fund. This method provides 10% quarterly appreciation under the member lending arrangement.
The two methods use different return periods. Quarterly appreciation and an annual return range should be read on their stated basis. The applicable documents set out the term, distributions, withdrawal arrangements, fees and other conditions for the chosen method.

These examples show the calculation for each method’s stated period, using 1,000,000 in the chosen base currency.
Amounts are in the selected base currency. These examples use different time periods and do not assume cash distributions or compounding.

These are hypothetical calculations, not a forecast or a record of actual performance. They exclude any applicable fees, taxes, foreign-exchange effects and other costs, and do not specify when amounts are paid. Returns and capital repayment are not guaranteed; actual outcomes may differ, including loss of capital.
03 · The investment structure
Choose the relationship. Document the terms.
Member lending establishes a lender relationship with Morval Universal LLC-FZ. Direct subscription establishes a fund subscription through Morval Universal Inc. or Morval Group One LLC. The selected method determines the applicable investment documents.
Before proceeding, the documents identify the parties, base currency, investment amount, return basis and conditions of the arrangement. Distribution schedules, withdrawal rights and the investment term are specific to the chosen method.
Morval’s investment approach combines proprietary market analysis with structured options strategies and a continuously rolling hedge. It seeks opportunities across contrasting market conditions while managing portfolio exposure. The effectiveness of the strategy depends on market conditions, positioning and execution.
The documents record incorporation, formation or business licensing. They do not, by themselves, establish authorisation to offer investments in a particular jurisdiction.
